I am new to McDelivery. How do I set up my account?

Click on 'REGISTER' at the top right corner of your screen. Key in your personal details and agree to our terms and conditions. Your account will be ready.

How do I add a new delivery address to my account?

You can add a new address by going to the 'My Address book' section in the 'My Account' menu, or by clicking on the 'Add address' button when you start ordering.

How do I change my stored delivery addresses?

Your stored delivery addresses can be modified by clicking "Change / Add Address" , you can add up to 5 delivery addresses in total. If you need to add more, just delete an existing address.

Can I change the email address for my account?

We're sorry but this feature is not available for now. Please register a new email account to start ordering.

Can I contact McDonald's to change the email address for my account?

For security reasons, McDonald's cannot access your email account.

I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

Click on 'Forgot password?' at the top right corner of your screen. Enter the email address you registered with, and further instructions will be emailed to you.

I've forgotten/cannot log in with my email address registered previously on www.mcdelivery.co.id. What should I do?

You could register a new account with an alternate email address (different from your previous one) to start ordering.

If different members of my family order McDonald's online, can we all use the same account?

Yes, you may share the same account. However, for convenience and security, it is recommended that each member register a new account. Remember, it's free!

McDonald's does deliver to my area but my address is not found in the search results. What should I do?

We are constantly updating our mapping system to include all the addresses covered within each restaurant's delivery radius. Please write to us via our "Hubungi Kami" section at www.mcdonalds.co.id with your name, contact number, and full address so we can update your details into our system. In the meantime, please call McDelivery 14045 to place your order through our call center.

Is McDelivery available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week?

McDelivery is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week at selected areas.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

Yes, the minimum order for McDelivery is Rp.21.500,- (not including delivery charge).

Is there a delivery surcharge?

A surcharge of Rp.13.000,- (including tax) applies for every order via www.mcdelivery.co.id and hotline 14045.

Is there a limitation to McDelivery orders?

For large orders exceeding Rp. 500.000,- the estimated delivery time is within 2 hours. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we would appreciate it if large orders could be made in advance.

Do you offer the same menu options for McDelivery as in the restaurants?

Except for some items that are inappropriate for delivery, most of our menu is available. You can check our McDelivery menu by clicking on the "Browse Menu" tab on this page.

Why is the price in McDelivery different with the price in the restaurant?

In order to keep the product quality live to our standards, we apply different price tier to our McDelivery.

Is McDelivery available all across Indonesia?

We are constantly striving to offer the best service to our customers. Currently, 85% of our restaurants offer McDelivery. You can check our corporate website, www.mcdelivery.co.id to find out our restaurant locations.

What payment options are available through Web Ordering?

At this point in time, we're only able to accept cash or credit card payment.

Do you accept McDonald's Be Our Guest cards through McDelivery?

No, we do not accept Be Our Guest cards via McDelivery.

How can I use a promotional coupon?

At this point in time, we are unable to honor any promotional coupons through McDelivery. Promotional coupons may be redeemed at our McDonald's restaurants as stated in the Terms & Conditions.

How do I start ordering?

Click on 'ORDER NOW' on the main page banner. The estimated delivery time to your location will be shown. Start adding items from the menu to your shopping bag. If you haven't logged in, you need to sign in before adding items. When you've finalised your order, click the 'Check out' button at the bottom of your shopping bag.

What is Order in Advance?

If you would like to place a future order for the current day, you can choose any time as long as the time you enter is during restaurant hours of operation and at least 2 hours later than the current time. We also accept orders for future dates! If you would like to place an order for a different day, you can do so up to 2 weeks in advance. You will receive an email confirmation when you submit the order. Please check your 'Spam' folder or 'Junk email' folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out.

How do I place an advance order?

Click on "Order in Advance" from the top menu and select your delivery time and address. Choose items from the menu and click the 'Check out' button when you're done. If you haven't logged in, you need to sign in before selecting menu items.

How do I amend/remove items from my shopping bag?

Click on the small yellow dropdown on the right of the ordered item to select a different drink (for meals). To remove the item from the shopping cart, click on the yellow text "Remove" below the item or the "-" sign next to the quantity of item ordered.

Is it possible for me to request a specific chicken part?

Sorry, we cannot fulfill the request regarding chicken part. But we can customize your burger to your request; this can be done on the "Order Remark" column.

How do I order extra condiments?

To facilitate order processing, condiments are assigned based on a standard allocation. For additional chili sauce and ketchup, please call McDelivery hotline 14045. But you are able to add more of McNugget Sauces (BBQ and Sweet & Sour) in your order form.

How could I get the information about the latest Happy Meal?

The information of the latest Happy Meal is shown in the home page image and the top menu banner in the Happy Meal tab in www.mcdonalds.co.id, also in www.mcdonalds.co.id/menu-happy-meal.

Can I choose my Happy Meal toy through online order?

Online order does not allow you to choose your Happy Meal toy. Happy Meal toy is pre-assigned and subject to availability in the respective restaurant.

May I request to change my Happy Meal toy if it's not my selection?

As stated on Terms and Conditions, Happy Meal toys are subject to stock availability in the restaurants and cannot be exchanged. Happy Meal toy can be replaced if it's broken.

How will I know when the restaurant received my Internet Order?

Once you submit your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at registration. Please check your 'Spam' folder or 'Junk email' folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out. And if you're still unsure about your order, you can always call McDelivery hotline 14045 to check on your order.

What should I do if I don't get the email confirmation after I finish my order?

Please check your JUNK or SPAM email folder. If problem persist, please call McDelivery 14045.

How much time does it take for McDelivery to arrive after ordering?

Please be assured that we aim to deliver our service as fast as we can to meet your needs. Click on the "Delivery Status" tab to check on the approximate time of delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

Click on 'TRACK MY ORDER' from the top menu and enter your order number (you can find your order number in the confirmation email sent to you after your payment was received).

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel the order by calling McDelivery 14045, provided that the items have not left the restaurant. Please click on the "Track Order" tab to check on the status of your orders.

How can I change/add more item to my previous order?

Please call 14045 and ask our team to change or make the additional order for you. Or if the items have left the restaurant, you could make a new order at www.mcdonalds.co.id.

What do I do if my order arrive with missing items?

Please call McDelivery 14045 and inform this to our customer service personnel. We will then arrange for the items to be delivered to you.
