WEB ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Minimum order amount is Rp21.500,- (not including delivery charge and takeaway charge)

• Delivery charge is Rp13.000,- (tax included) per order
• Specials orders requests on chicken parts cannot be done in website ordering.
• You can request specials orders for chicken parts are allowed by filling the “Order Remark” column in the last page before payment
• Special orders on burgers and other menus (no pickle, extra lettuce, no ketchup, etc). This can be done by selecting “Special Requests” and selecting the desired request by pressing the (-) sign to remove and the (+) sign for extra before payment.
• For us to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene, there are periods of equipment maintenance during which certain food items will not be available. For quality reasons, we do not deliver ice cream cone and some McCafe products.
• Lunch/Dinner/Supper orders are taken until 04.45am.
• Prices of meals may vary with your choice of drink. The price of your meal will be reflected on your order form prior to confirmation.
• To facilitate order processing, condiments are assigned based on a standard allocation that we set.

MyMcDonald's REWARDS Terms and Conditions at McDELIVERY SERVICE

Loyalty Program Generally. This term describes the MyMcDonald's Rewards program, where you who use McDelivery services through the McDonald's application will get points that can be collected and redeemed through the McDonald's application.

Eligibility and Registration. To get rewards points, you must register in the MyMcDonald's Rewards program by downloading the McDonald's application. If you have two applications (Online Services and McDonald's application), you can simply re-register on the Online Services account that you have using the same email that you use on the McDonald's application.

How to Get MyMcDonald's Rewards through the McDelivery service. You can earn points for every order you place through the McDelivery service, provided you log in to the McDonald's app, then select McDelivery on the service menu. You will be connected directly to the base website to still be able to access all the menus offered at McDelivery and all the offers available in the McDonald's application. You will get 1 (one) point for every Rp 10,000 spent after tax. Points will be credited to your account in the McDonald's application within 3-5 minutes or no later than 1x24 hours after you complete the transaction. If you do not follow the process at the time of purchase, you will not earn points or claim points.

Maximum points you can earn. Your account has a maximum of 350 points ("Point Limit") at any one time. If making an eligible purchase causes you to exceed the Point Limit, you will not earn any points above the Point Limit.

Redeem your points. In the McDelivery service, you can only collect points from the transactions you make in the McDelivery service on the McDonald's app. In exchange for the points you have earned, they can be exchanged for various menu offers (“Redeemable Products”). Redemption of points you have must use the McDonald's application by converting your points into offers selected from the gift menu and can only be redeemed through restaurants or kiosks by scanning the offer QR code or in Drive Thru by reading the alphanumeric code to our clerk who takes your order.

Gift Menu. Redeemable Products and how many points are required for each Redeemable Product are in the Rewards Menu in the McDonald's app.

Expired points. Points will be valid for 1 (one) calendar year from the time they are earned.
